For over 35 years, Mr. Carruthers has been providing both financial and intellectual capital resources to enterprises ranging in development from early stage to middle market. His investment banking and financial advisory engagements involved a broad array of both strategic and capital market transactions, as well as numerous other financial, economic, management and regulatory advisory projects. More specifically, Mr. Carruthers has represented clientele in mergers, acquisitions and divestures, in both a buy-side and sell-side capacity in every stage of the process from corporate assessments to providing fairness opinions. His corporate finance background includes sourcing capital for numerous singular transactions, as well as for investment entities, including both traditional and alternative asset management platforms.
During the mid-1990s, Mr. Carruthers developed Next Phase Planning / Enterprise Staging Program to assist enterprises in the assessment of various strategic options and staging such companies for successful transformations and transactions. The Enterprise Staging Program is focused on achieving realistic and achievable long-term goals that result in the maximization and optimization of corporate value for ownership.
