Mr. Goldman brings a unique combination of experiences and backgrounds to AllianceOne Enterprises, including, but not limited to: (1) investment banking/financial advisory; (2) corporate consulting; (3) business ownership; and (4) executive management positions as President and Chief Operating Officer. During his 36-year career, he has been involved in nearly every aspect of a business operation and every element of an enterprise life cycle, from start-up, to corporate development to the successful sales of several entities. This particular portfolio of skills and expertise enables Mr. Goldman to speak to and relate with business owners and prospective partners on matters related to business operations and strategic transactions.
Prior to the formation of AllianceOne Enterprises, Mr. Goldman worked as an investment banker and financial advisor for six years, focusing primarily on strategic transactions (corporate divestitures) involving lower-to middle market companies, helping to stage such enterprises for a successful sale and identifying and sourcing corporate acquirers, primarily private equity firms and family offices. During this period, Mr. Goldman received several designations to act as a Registered Representative with the Financial Industry Regulator Authority (FINRA).
